返金ポリシー
At NigensenMerch, all products are printed on demand specifically for each order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
The only exceptions are:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect (misprint, wrong colors, poor print quality)
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, please contact us at setsuri01@gmx.fr with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item
Important notice regarding returns
We do not sell to customers located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland. If you are located in any of these regions, please note that our store does not ship to your country and your order will not be processed.
For all other customers, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
