2. Eligibility Our store is available to customers worldwide, with the exception of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in any of these regions. Orders placed using a forwarding address or VPN to bypass regional restrictions are not covered by any consumer protection laws applicable to those regions.

3. Products All products at NigensenMerch are printed on demand and produced exclusively for each order. As such, all sales are final. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in USD or JPY depending on your region. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control. Import fees or customs charges may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.
