配送ポリシー
1. Order Processing All products at NigensenMerch are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch are provided by Printful and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

These are estimates provided by Printful and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland. Orders placed from these regions will not be processed.
4. Fulfillment by Printful NigensenMerch uses Printful as its print-on-demand and fulfillment partner. Orders are produced and shipped directly from Printful's facilities. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order will be fulfilled and shipped by Printful on behalf of NigensenMerch.
5. Customs and Import Fees International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. NigensenMerch and Printful have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
6. Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched by Printful. NigensenMerch is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at setsuri01@gmx.fr with your order number. We will investigate the issue with Printful on your behalf.
8. Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. NigensenMerch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address corrections after an order has been submitted may not be possible once production has started.
